0 - One plus 1 - A String Quartet

This one was written for my parents, but it is dedicated tonight to the people who made it, as well as to everyone who is here tonight to celebrate this moment together.

Special thanks to the Matangi String Quartet and Rainer Quade for recording this piece with me.

1 - Blue Hair Intro

A little look back into my first days here at ArtEZ. See how it was for me to start here, and the decision that let to some years as “The Guy with Blue Hair”.

2 - Every Second Counts

Let’s get this night started, the way it is supposed to be. It is a big party after all and I hope you enjoy it as such. I am glad you are my witness.

3 - Look Around

I told you it was a party! So let us see if we can bring it to the next level. Have your sunglasses ready though, it might get bright.

4 - I don’t know

A piece about struggle. Here is to the lonely, to the lost, and the one’s who just don’t know anymore. Know that you are not alone, that so many people feel like this and that there is always help.

5 - Why are you alive

In the time I felt lost I asked strangers about the reasons why they are alive and what makes life worth living for them. Here are the answers I received. Let them guide you home.

6 - Butterflies

My answer to the question. It was when I found love that I realized what I believe life is all about. This is what life is for. Maybe you will see it too.

7 - Ripples

See it as a confirmation. As a calling. Life is unwritten and you can shape it however you want. You just need to take action.

8 - The Last Dance

The Last Song for tonight. A celebration of the beauty of being alive. Thank you for being there with me.
