A New Start

Alright here we are. This has been a little while in the making behind the scenes…and now after my college graduation, it is finally time to share CHMLN with the world. This month I released the Brand Trailer as well as the CHMLN explained… sharing a little bit of context about what I am planning here. You can watch both videos on YouTube RIGHT NOW so make sure to not miss out on them :)

But a lot more has happened this month already and I don’t to keep any secrets here…so here was my July work next to working on these videos:

I was in the beautiful Trypoul Studios with the Q-Tet to document their first album recording. It was super thrilling to watch these five amazing musicians get into the flow and record over eight songs in two days. It is truly a special group and I am excited to be able to follow them around and be a small part of their journey. I can’t wait for what the future holds for them, they are so mesmerizing, I hope the world will be ready in February when the album is released. We are also working on the music videos for the album behind the scenes right now, so if you want to be kept updated on those, here is the place to be.

Talking about music videos, I am also working on the newest music video of other friends of mine: an amazing Latin Pop Duo called NAÉ. It will be their first ever music video and we are planning to shoot it in September at a beautiful beach.

AND YET ANOTHER BRILLIANT TRANSITION: You know what’s next to the beach? The SEA!!! - This month I was also a photographer for the 50th edition of the North Sea Jazz Festival, but only for one day, since I also flew to Portugal the same day, for my summer vacation :) two weeks off of work, for the first time since literally forever, so that was really refreshing…but you know that also means FULL ENERGY NOW (which you might have guessed already by the amount of caps I started using. Anyways, happy birthday to CHMLN, as well as to both my parents, who also celebrated their birthdays this months (Hi Mom!).

Anyways, I will see you guys, or more you will see me next month! I will be going to a concert, editing the film for my own graduation concert, there is a photoshoot and more planning meetings coming up, and best of all…FORMULA 1 IN ZANDVOORT!!! I’ll tag you along there with a vlog for sure, the first vlog had to be something special :)
